It was a busy week in the Android world and here at Android Central as we got ahold of a variety of new devices, two of which have been officially released. The Droid Incredible 2 and the Casio G’zOne Commando were released on Verizon last week. The Droid Charge was supposed to join them, but was delayed due to LTE issues. We also got a good look at the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and ASUS EeePad Transformer. There are loads of exciting devices hitting stored and coming soon, so check out our initial reviews for the one that suits you best.

We just learned that the Droid Charge could finally be released Tuesday and that Costco would begin receiving the device on Monday. And backing that up even further is this picture of Droid Charges at Walmart, making things that much more likely.

Here’s yet another confirmation that the upcoming LG Revolution will have Netflix streaming. For a while now we’ve all been asking, and I quote, “Where the hell is Netflix for Android?” Netflix told us we would be seeing it early this year, once they have some DRM issues sorted out, and we’ve seen — and briefly used — the Netflix app in the LG Revolution system files, but nobody has stepped forward and let us know exactly when to expect it in our hot little hands.

So we’ve talked a little bit about the new Verizon Casio G’zOne Commando — the rugged phone with the silly name. But how’s it actually feel in the hand? And does its ruggedness equate to a bad user experience? Quite the opposite, actually.

The time has come for anyone who may have been holding out for either the Droid Incredible 2 or the Casio G’zOne Commando. Yes, unsurprisingly — both devices have now gone live on the Verizon website and are up for ordering. Either or will set you back $199 on a new 2-year contract but if you’re opting to go with the no contract offering this is what you’ll be looking at for pricing:
